Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
30-Day Replacement Guarantee
At RCD Apparel, we take pride in the quality and craftmanship of our custom decorated garments. That's why we offer a 30-Day Replacement Guarantee for any defects in material or workmanship.
If your custom decorated garment arrives with a manufacturing defect or any issue with decoration (such as misprints, incorrect design, or poor quality), you may request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that this guarantee only covers defects related to production and does not apply to sizing issues, normal wear and tear, or changes in design preferences.
To request a replacement, contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the issue. We may ask for photos of the defect to expedite the process. Once the issue is verified, we will remake and ship your garment at no additional cost.

Refunds
Due to each order being custom made refunds or exchanges will only be given for damage or defects.
